Many of you come to RFC for the fun, the fellowship, and… the food.
This year we have five great meals planned. As we firm up details, we will put more below but here is the start.
Thursday night VIP dinner… hush hush details for now, as we work things out with chef. But think pastured beef and chicken and raw milk cheeses and organic veggies and more…!
Friday breakfast – Pastured pork breakfast sausage (we will also try to have a limited amount of beef or turkey sausage available), organic einkorn sourdough pancakes, pastured eggs, seasonal fruit, real maple syrup and butter.
Friday lunch – Grilled pastured beef burgers, optional organic sourdough buns (or grilled sweet potato circle buns), local salad/greens, MASA/Ancient Crunch chips.
Saturday breakfast – Pastured pork breakfast sausage (we will also try to have a limited amount of beef or turkey sausage available), organic sprouted oatmeal, pastured eggs, seasonal fruit, real maple syrup and butter.
Saturday lunch – Pastured pork sausage (sweet Italian or Andouille) optional burgers for those who do not want pork, Masa/Ancient Crunch chips, local salad/greens.
